Compatibility

No software downloads are required on your side. VCS is compatible with most brands of browsers. Virtually any computer that has a web browser installed can use the VCS.

Scalability

The VCS system can handle unlimited number of sessions with our customers which, in effect, greatly increases the number of customers we can attend to as compared to just our telephone hotline and fax communications.

Accessibility

Only available to our registered customers, this service provides an extra channel for our customers to reach us.
XDel will be extending this area of communication to non-customers in the near future as the VCS has proven to be a popular alternative to the telephone.
