4 simple steps to shipping internationally
Step 1: For new users, please call our customer service officers to set up an account for you. Alternatively, you can click on the account registration link. Once we have received and updated your info, a notification will be sent to you.
Step 2: Kindly prepare any relevant documentation if applicable, together with your shipment.
Step 3: Please write clearly the intended delivery address on the shipment as well as a contact number.
Step 4: Prepare the courier fee (cash account)
For advance users simply call us for a pick up. Please prepare the postal code of the international address during order. This is to allow the customer service to check if there are any remote area surcharges.
Additional Information for International Shipping
- Proforma or commercial invoice to be prepared for all non-documents.
- During order taking, we will not require the full delivery address. Only the postal code is required for checking of remote area surcharges.
- Fuel surcharge fluctuates each month.
- You can request for the airway bill number upon order taking for future tracking.
- As there are various cut off time for different countries, we have standardized cut off time to be fixed at 1.30PM for normal international orders. This means orders will be shipped out on same day or next following morning.
- All other orders that arrive after 1.30PM will be treated as next day’s order where collection is done the next day, unless otherwise specified.
- For any taxes that may be incurred during the course of shipping, XDel will notify you. Either the sender or the recipient has to bear the tax costs.
- A contact number of the intended recipient is compulsory. Please ensure it is clearly printed on the shipment.
- All addresses and information given are to be in English language. We do not provide translation.
