In one of the worst Asian tragedy brought about by the forces of nature in recent years, a series of deadly killer waves struck on 26 December 2004 when people around the world woke up to the Christmas weekend. The after-effect of the Sumatran ocean quake created devastating tsunamis that wreck extensive damages to human lives as well as properties. The death toll, expected to reach 100,000, as well as the displacement of hundreds of thousands of residents of the affected areas, brought tears of sorrow not only to families and friends of victims but also to the rest of the world. By 11:01 is officially launched. This new service caters to companies or individuals who have non-urgent document deliveries to other parts of Singapore.

By placing an order by 11.01am and payment of S$5.10 (Cash Transactions Only), XDel will deliver your document by same day before 5.30pm to your consignee.

With effect from 1st June 2003, all customers and business activities of Adroit Courier Services Pte Ltd has been acquired by XDel Singapore Pte Ltd.

The combined strengths and businesses of both companies, under the management of XDel Singapore Pte Ltd, further strengthens our mail and parcel deliveries as well as mail room and other courier-related solutions.

During the SARS outbreak in early 2003, all staff of XDel was required to take their temperature three times a day to prevent the spread of the deadly virus. Facial masks were given out to all delivery personnel, and must be worn whenever meeting customers.

Our preventive measures were in line with the recommendations put forth by the World Health Organization.
