Q.

I want to deliver some goods to my customer, do I need to open an account with you?

A.

Any individual or company who wishes to use our services must have an account with us. These accounts enable us to identify each and every customer along with the history of past delivery jobs.

Q.

Do I need to pay anything to open an account?

A.

No, it is totally free of charge. Accounts are automatically activated once you book your first delivery job.

Q.

What are the ways to book for delivery jobs?

A.

There are several ways to place your delivery jobs:

  • Via XDelOnline (Internet booking system)
  • Fax in your request form
  • Call our hotline number (+65 6236 9300)

We do not accept orders via the Virtual Customer Service (VCS), which primary purpose is to provide assistance while using XDelOnline or for any non-urgent enquiries.

If you have an active Internet connection, you are encouraged to use our online booking system.

Ordering via e-mail is discouraged as there are no monitored e-mail addresses for accepting unformatted requests.

Q.

How soon will my delivery job be completed?

A.

All normal service orders will be completed by 5:30pm else by following working day 1:00pm.

Q.

If I want my goods to be delivered earlier, are there any additional charges?

A.

Priority charges will be imposed on jobs with a specific deliver-by-time other than 5:30pm, but more than 4 hours between the pick up and delivery times.

Urgent charges will be imposed on jobs with less than 4 hours between pick up and delivery time. Please check with our customer service officers for more details.

There must be a million and one courier companies in Singapore, why should I choose XDel?

A.
